Ok supp dude hows your day ?? Good ?? Glad if good okay today we will continue this hell and im sure no one read this but im still need to write it. Ok before continue my blog you should read my pervious blog. Cuz you will dont know what is going on in here and that because you dont read my pervious post and lets continue this thinn.
Okay and today we here the third day of this week and this time to put all of my effort into this dish yeah i know i should just take it easy and just relax but right now is my vhance to shine bright with my dish my dish is sole meuniere but we dont have any sole so we use snapper filet for replacing the sole.

Okay and now sole menierre is very simple dish you just need flour lemon and seasoning wich is salt and papper thats all you need oh i forget about fat you can use oil bit if you use oil you should use butter too but if you use butter you dont need tou use oil just like that. And first is season the fish and simpy cover with flour and fry on hot butter or hot oil and remember you just need to flip it once and after that dont throw the fat that you use fry the fish pour some lemon juice on that and pour the sauce into the fish and done you have a sole meniere
