Pastry Puff Proofing Just By Heat And The Lamination method and If You Think So Easy To Make A Pastry Puff You Probably Wrong Cuz' You Need To Watch The Dought And Becarefull On Putting The Ingridients Cuz' If You Do A Wrong Step Your Dought Will Broke And You Should Try It Again With A New Ingridients.
